As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I will play a key role in questioning Judge Sonia Sotomayor during her confirmation hearings to be the next justice on the Supreme Court. My decision on whether or not to support the nomination of Sotomayor will be based on her qualifications, judicial temperament, objectivity and integrity. In addition to reviewing Sotomayor’s record, I am also soliciting feedback from Wisconsinites about the nomination.
