FEINGOLD TO SPEAK AT UW-MADISON ON MONDAYU.S. Senator Russ Feingold will be speaking at UW-Madison on Monday, March 24 as part of the Distinguished Lecture Series. The Senator will speak at 7:30 p.m. and the event will be held at the Memorial Union – Great Hall. Feingold, a University of Wisconsin alumnus, will discuss the importance of citizen diplomacy, and how, by dispelling negative misperceptions of the U.S., it can improve our image abroad and our security at home.
